Return & Exchange Policy

You can return the item to us for any reason and recover its value within only 3 days of receiving the shipment, provided that it is in its new condition, without any damage or defect, and that it is packaged as you received it. Provided that you bear the value of the return of the shipment and / or delivery. After we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will inform you of its acceptance, and we will ask you to provide us with your bank account number to return the value of the returned item within a maximum of 14 days.

After contacting customer service, you can exchange the item for any reason within only 7 days of receiving the shipment, and it should be in its new condition and without any damage or defect, and it should be packaged as you received it. Provided that you bear the cost of shipping and/or delivery to the same store. After we receive the commodity and confirm its condition, we will inform you of its acceptance and we will ask you to provide us with other commodities to be replaced.


International shipping:

We would like to confirm that the additional costs, if any, resulting from customs or value-added tax in the customer's country, are borne by the customer.

In the event that the item you received is defective, defective, or not as per your request

Rest assured that it was an unintentional error, with our sincere apologies, and we will work immediately to exchange the shipment for you, bearing all shipping and/or delivery fees. Where we will send you the bill of lading by e-mail for you to print and deliver with the shipment to one of the offices of the shipping company (SMSA), or we will arrange with the shipping company to receive the shipment from you and deliver it to us, and we will replace the shipment according to what you wish.


It is possible to know the time and date of receiving the shipment by tracking the shipment on the SMSA website, where after entering the bill of lading number in the shipment tracking box on the SMSA website, a list of the procedures that took place for the shipment will appear, and it will indicate the time and date of receiving the shipment by the customer and his name. From this time, we will calculate the period allowed for the return and/or exchange of goods.
