Delivery and shipping policy

1- The order is delivered inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the period specified by the shipping company, which the customer chooses

2- The Zad Al Qannas store is not responsible for the damage resulting from the shipping process.

3- Any delay in the delivery date of the shipment due to the transport company is outside the responsibility of Zad Al Qannas store.

4- The customer shall bear the value of shipping the order again in the event that the order is returned by the shipping company to the store due to:

1- The customer's failure to respond to the shipping company or repeated delays.

2- An error in the data included in the bill of lading, shown by the customer before completing the order.

International shipping:

We would like to confirm that the additional costs, if any, resulting from customs or value-added tax in the customer's country, are borne by the customer.
